What are your kids learning in school?

"Do you really think kids look at their obese teacher and think, "Wow, I wish I could be obese too!" Even if it is a person they admire, we learn to pick out traits that are desirable and non-desirable. For example, they may choose to model themselves after their teacher's kindness and love of books, but not their poor personal hygiene. So I'd say having an obese teacher not only would not encourage obesity, it might serve as a deterrent.
One caveat would be is if this obese teacher is inundating your children with sweets as rewards and encouraging them to have an unhealthy relationship with food. I find this rather unlikely."-Quora
