One of the reasons that the QPS system is so defensive is that administrators being found out would be a catastrophe.
The legal department consciously aids the district in staying below the radar.
The school system is already a house of cards that is skating on thin ice.
Its just a matter of people coming forward with the truth.
Imagine something so intense that sending your kids to school would put them at actual risk.
