The two teachers were female. Barely a slap on the wrist from the embattled DCFS. 

In the QPS report it was self policing.

“Although the alleged incidents are found to have occurred and are inappropriate for a teacher to do, they would not inherently cause a substantial risk of injury,” DCFS said in a November report. -DCFS

DCFS and the QPS are good ol boys club network buddies. 

If it were a man subjecting these children to this form of treatment, it would be labeled psychological abuse and they  would actually fire him. The kids would be prescribed dangerous psychiatric drugs and/or institutionalized.

 

This is the only other time that they have been exposed for abuse.
