The Quincy Public School District 172 truly is the laughing stock of the state of Illinois. It's also where the back doors of the schools are not secured and tax payer funds are wasted by irresponsible fat physically unattractive women and feminist men. If the administrators were smart shoppers, they wouldn't be strapped for cash or have to misappropriate the tort fund to pay teachers salaries.
