That abusive teacher. You know, the one they intentionally caught hurting a disabled child. Should have been thoroughly vetted for employment at QPS.

What's worse is the child was living with her and placed there by DCFS.

Apparently, the qps is having an issue of not having many teachers that want to teach at an abusive school.
It's just a guess.
I'll talk to the parent of the child that was being hurt.
There are some good elements that I could help them with in obtaining retribution.
Like the header states above:
Abuse and neglect are alive and well in QPS.
