Why is this here?

I reported to Roy Webb the physical  abuse that my son received from one of the overweight teachers assistants and he did nothing.

Since DCFS is a joke, calling them on one of the school districts own would only make things bad for us.

You can see that even 12 sandwich eating schmucman passed it on to his incompetence. 

QPS will always look out for its own as always.
