There is no true transparency to this report. It looks like there is a fox guarding the hen house.
This is why Video Monitoring is essential on the school property. Public Schools should be open and transparent.
I'll probably upload correspondence from Roy Webb as well as the evidence from when sean was at ecfc. If they are having problems understanding what actual transparency is, I will be more than happy to communicate with the entire school district and parents.
