Don't sue the teachers.

Harassing yourself by being here is free today. So just keep reading.

Unlawfully Restraining Children...

Child Endangerment by restricting their breathing.

Usually the police get involved...

Proof that Teachers and non-vetting administrators  need to be screened for mental illness.

Trusting these schools to babysit your kids is no longer realistic.

Your federal lawsuit against the county should go after the president and the superintendent of schools under the "Let the master answer" Respondeat Superior.

DCFS is a joke.

A tort fund exist that you can attach in a legal claim for damages inflicted by the school district.

There's a reason that schools don't want your kids to have phones. A school worker can be caught being unprofessional towards your children with their phone and the video from their phone can be recovered if deleted by that official.

Tell your kids to use difficult passwords and not bio-metrics (no thumb swipe) to secure their phones.  It's perfectly legal for your child to call 911.

Kids need to wear body cams now due to all of this Denmen shit.  The body cam can be bluetoothed to their phone and it can auto update to the cloud or your  Hybrid  N.A.S. if you have one at home or your office.

Managed cameras on site by the school can be sanitized by staff. The recordings can be deleted and any type of deniability can be used to keep video evidence from being discovered.

I'll be giving instructions on how to set both options for recording and archiving video evidence.

If the school refuses to allow your child to wear a body cam in a known hostile and dangerous environment, that raises a black flag. That is a public school and everybody knows each other. Privacy issues only exist for medical matters. Not public interactions.

Privacy has been used as a non-meritorious excuse to withhold information from groups and individuals. Their FOIA officer is trained to help the QPS172 dodge a request for public records if it is a touchy subject matter or one that could be incriminating to the school district.

Every  child's parent that was involved in the Denmen incident should pursue this, and they should retain counsel from out of town.

Local attorneys are homeboys that won't report attorney misconduct to the IARDC by local opposing lawyers.

The Illinois Tort immunities act can't cover public officials that commit wanton intentional acts against people.

This isn't legal advice since I don't have a license to steal (Bar Membership) hanging on my wall.

You'll need this in order to secure your interest with your legal counsel.  If they refuse it, move on to the next attorney.

In-Concert liability against the officials may be an element that you might be able to use in your lawsuit. DCFS and QPS may act in-concert along with SRNM in order to make you settle.

SRNM has worked in concert with others to obtain a common goal in the past.
