As long as you have the teachers union, and the corrupt courts system insulating teachers from actual accountability, the likelihood of there being an end to all of this will never truly arrive. There will always be suspicion and doubt. At best, they'll pretend that it's all better just so they can have their babysitters back and continue on as usual.
Why would there be an implied trust in the first place? It's like the saying that you should respect your elders.
I should respect someone just because they're old.

Trusting someone and liking them are two different things.
Trust is takes a lifetime to earn and only a minute to lose.
