They didn't fire the last superintendent for obvious reasons. That would imply wrongdoing on his part if they did.

"Todd Pettit and QPS reached a separation agreement with the school board after parents complained about a lack of transparency concerning a November 2024 investigation by the Department of Children and Families, or DCFS. It was first made public by Muddy River News the following May.

The parents were also upset that the teachers remained at the school before DCFS determined their conduct, while inappropriate, was not criminal. (Thank the teachers union for that)

Pettit or the board president didn't give details as to why He and the QPS leadership "felt that they needed a change in leadership at this time".   It might be a question for you to ask some other time.

 

This is a good example of veiled language. 

 

Pettit used a lot of veiled language in his open letters to the public. Their legal department most likely coached them in using this method of communication. This method of deception is used to make the reader not able to explain what the writer is doing. You'll be labeled as delusional if you  draw to a specific conclusion as to what the writer/speaker is actually concealing. 

The DCFS investigation is a joke as they have traditionally provided cover for each other in the past. It's another "fox guarding the hen house" situation.

 

Remember that paid leave is another form of a de facto finding of not guilty.
