That place is called PRIVACY.
It's what School Administrators , Teachers and other corrupt personnel hide behind in order to get away with unofficial non-approved activity.
A good example is having their legal counsel as an additional board member. That way, anyone that works with the school board and underneath of it can raise the attorney/client privilege with that attorney.
