DCFS is nothing more than providing the illusion of accountability. EVERYONE that works for QPS is a mandated reporter for DCFS. That disqualified DCFS as the final authority in enforcing any punishment to any one of the employees. The ones that are supposedly under investigation and are responsible for injuring or creating post traumatic stress issues to anybody's child that attends any one of the public schools. Conflicts of interest are a very real matter. The Illinois Tort Immunities Act won't protect individuals that commit Wanton and intentional acts against kids.

There is a reason that this investigation is taking so long.

Smart people know that the human mind is the most dangerous weapon on earth. I don't find any value in using a metal detector to scan for weapons. All a student has to do is get in a teachers drawer or closet and pull out a letter opener. That other student or teacher is done for.

That lawyer is part of the dirtiest law firm in the WCI area. If he or one of his claimed associates want to talk to you,  just feel free to tell them to go fuck wind while your camera is recording them in a public area.

I also take note that this law firm works in concert with other lawyers to get common issues that they both share to go away.  My Mercantile lawsuit was one of the suits that it took place in along with CliffordLaw case 2000L46. Quincy paid a $4.5 million settlement to the Lovelace family which is a de facto finding of guilt. His law firm was responsible for making that law suit that Curtis Lovelace  and his family brought against the city of Quincy and Adams County, Illinois. They would have sued this place into the ground of they didn't pay the settlement. 

Again, when a defendant pays a settlement to the petitioner, that is a de facto finding of guilt.

 

Parents need to document everything.

Creating a paper trail of all of your documented  events. This will disable those that bank on you not being able to remember specific details. The faintest ink is better than the best memory.

 

Use the camera on your phone to document everything.

If you feel that a crime is about to be committed, you won't get in trouble for eavesdropping.

DO NOT GIVE THE POLICE YOUR EVIDENCE! Refer them to the file sharing server or website that you have it available to the public on.

If you're planing on obtaining  compensation for your child being treated Inappropriately, you will need to obtain legal counsel from out of state. Or, from a law firm that is far  away from Adams County. Do not retain local counsel.

You will need this client-friendly letter of engagement to be reviewed and signed by the principle lawyer at that firm you are considering. If they decide to take your case, fax this document to their office or send it UPS or fedex. Do not use  the US postal service. They have 24 hours to review and sign it.

Contact as many multiple competent law firms as you want.

You should submit your case in writing for them to review. QPS.org and Muddy River News has information for them to review as well. Doing a FOIA with QPS and  DCFS will get you additional information regarding possible damages that may have been inflicted on your child.

Pettit used a lot of veiled language in his open letters to the public. Their legal department most likely coached them in using this method of communication. This method of deception is used to make the reader not able to explain what the writer is doing. You'll be labeled as delusional if you  draw to a specific conclusion as to what the writer/speaker is actually concealing. 

The DCFS investigation is a joke as they have traditionally provided cover for each other in the past. It's another "fox guarding the hen house" situation.

 

Remember that paid leave is another form of a de facto finding of not guilty.

DCFS stated that inappropriate behavior is acceptable? So QPS teaches kids that it's acceptable to be inappropriate towards others?

You have DCFS on one side and QPS on the other. Both departments have a terrible history and you can't trust either one of them. Both of them just telling you something without tangible evidence to support their claims is a joke. They know that you have to believe them or else you will have problems. 

It's like dealing with any form of government entity. If they see that you're right about something in relation to what they should or should have not done, then you will have problems.

Parents need their over glorified babysitters (teachers). 

Teachers aren't getting the wage that the feel that they deserve.

Sugarcoating is today's norm for teachers when they report each others misconduct. 

DCFS is really really going to investigate this situation this time for real since they are super good friends with the Quincy public schools. 

It must have been every kids birthday in order to receive a spanking that day.

QPS will assist children in getting dangerous mind-control drugs.

Lack of competent parenting and unstable homes  turn children into troublesome adults.
